Vendor Rules

  • Payment must accompany application to be seriously considered for our event.
  • Applications will be accepted thru July 31, 2017
  • Spaces are 10’x10’, are limited and assigned after approval.
  • Only one of each direct home based business will be allowed.
  • Vendors are required to provide tables, chairs and canopies. Tables can be rented for $5.00 each
  • All vendors are responsible for collecting Virginia sales and use taxes on all transactions.
  • All confirmation notices will be sent out by August 31, 2017.
  • This is an outdoor event and will be held rain or shine so plan accordingly. No shows may not be invited
    back.
  • No refunds will be given after August 31. A $30 fee will be charged for late applications and returned checks .
